RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to the rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

 

To complete the rental application, you must have a valid social security number and you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your past rental history. You must also provide 2 years employment history with proof of your current monthly gross income.

 

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

 

Our qualifications are:

Credit Score over 640

Income 2.5x the rent price

No prior evictions

No bankruptcies or collections owed to past rental properties

No prior property damage record
